- Supports EMA HR Department in HR Daily activities - Maintains HR files in accordance with SOX compliance - Maintains records of starters /leavers/transfers for EMA - Maintains up to date organisation charts for EMA - Coordinates Employee Surveys - Administers Employee Award programme - Maintains training records - Produces HR database reports - Conducts ESS/MSS training for new employees |

- MBO+ - Minimum of five year administration experience
