Our client is a leading global provider of commercial cleaning and hygiene products and solutions for food safety, food and beverage hygiene, floor care, housekeeping and room care, laundry, hand hygiene and industrial cleaning.

With sales in 160 countries, they serve institutional and industrial end-users such as food service providers, lodging establishments, food and beverage processing plants, building service contractors, retail outlets and health-care facilities. They provide products directly and through distributors.

For our client we are searching for a driven and enthusiastic HR Administrator.

Functie omschrijving

- Supports EMA HR Department in HR Daily activities
- Maintains HR files in accordance with SOX compliance
- Maintains records of starters /leavers/transfers for EMA
- Maintains up to date organisation charts for EMA
- Coordinates Employee Surveys
- Administers Employee Award programme
- Maintains training records
- Produces HR database reports
- Conducts ESS/MSS training for new employees

Functie eisen

- MBO+
- Minimum of five year administration experience

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

A maximum annual salary of €40.000 for a fulltime position.
